Each player is coached and developed to become their best. Not just the best basketball player that they can be, but the best person that they can be. Coaching and mentoring are the foundation of Sac Legends.
Basketball is a conduit for teaching life skills. Here at Sac Legends, we will focus on more than just basketball.
Practices will focus on skill acquisition and development. Every player will be taught individually. The skills are not limited to just basketball. Skills like team work, hard work, and dedication will be explicitly instilled in each player.
